PLANS ACCEPTED
We participate in many major health plans and our office will file your insurance claim as a courtesy. Please keep in mind that your insurance policy is a contract between you and the insurance company and you are responsible for any remaining balance. We cannot guarantee that your particular policy will cover the service you require. See "Will Insurance Cover Everything" for additional assistance.
Most insurance plans include expenses which must be paid by the patient. If your plan requires a copayment, we ask that this be paid at the time of your appointment. You will receive a monthly statement and we ask you to remit the balance due or call our office at (316) 945-7309 to arrange a payment plan.

ON ACCOUNTS
We accept Cash, Personal Check, Visa and Mastercard for payment for your bill. Please contact our Office Manager if you have questions regarding our financial policy. To pay online, click on the link below to go to the online bill pay portion of our patient portal.
